Faith + Action

The members of our congregation are not bound by any creed or doctrine. Our roots are in the Judaism, Christianity, other world religions and the values of the Enlightenment. We are committed to living by and fulfilling certain principles, offering to one another mutual support. Implied in this approach to religion is a deep faith in the power within human beings to get along with one another and make the world a better place.

The Mission of Our Faith – Rev. William F. Schulz
"This is the mission of our faith: To teach the fragile art of hospitality; To revere both the critical mind and the generous heart; To prove that diversity need not mean divisiveness; and to witness to all that we must hold the whole world in our hands."
