Harshman Stained Glass

Throughout human history, our search for truth, our celebration of insight, and our longing and our hope have all become tangible in the art and artifacts we have made. Artist Arthur Harshman created sixteen panels for our church that are the formation of a definitive statement about religions, which line the walls of our sanctuary. Harshman used diverse colors and patterns to evoke meaning and emotion. Many of the panels are actually three-dimensional sculptures using crystal like pieces of glass that refract light in varying ways, rounded beads of glass, layers of glass, and even wires or domes of metal.

A booklet depicting these sixteen panels along with an accompanying explanation of each panel may be purchased for $5 from our church office.
